At ROOMA Interior Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality interior design services tailored to your unique space. This Refund & Return Policy outlines our approach regarding cancellations, refunds, and the return of physical goods, if applicable.
Service-Based Projects
Our services involve customized interior design solutions that require planning, time, and effort. Due to the nature of these services:
- Consultations & Design Fees: Fees paid for design consultations, concepts, and planning are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
- Ongoing Projects: If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, any refund will be subject to a deduction based on the work already completed and resources used.
Custom Furniture & Product Orders
In cases where we procure furniture, décor, or custom-made items on your behalf:
- Orders for custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable once production has started.
- Ready-made products may be eligible for return or replacement only if they are damaged or defective upon delivery, and the issue is reported within 48 hours.
Returns Due to Defects or Damages
If an item delivered as part of your project is faulty or damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
- We will arrange for a return, exchange, or repair depending on the supplier’s policy.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after installation.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items & Services
- Design consultation fees
- Customized designs and floor plans
- Completed project phases or milestones
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Cancellation by ROOMA
In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfill a project due to internal issues or circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a full or partial refund based on the stage of the project.
